We hold meeting rooms for administrative meeting in the C8A Lincoln Building and at 299 Lane Cove Rd. These are available for adminstrative meetings during business hours.
During the standard two semester teaching periods, we can book rooms for the following activities. However please note that we cannot book your event until at least two weeks into the teaching term, to allow for teaching venue changes.
- recognised University clubs and societies for meetings between 1pm and 2pm
- Department, Divisional or Office meetings
- Short seminars - but not all day events or conferences
Outside of the standard two semester teaching periods and on weekends we provide spaces for use by educational, scientific, professional, cultural or University affiliated bodies, government departments and approved outside users. This can include academic conferences however we do not provide an events service.
