Maintenance & Repairs
This office is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all building fabric, engineering services and grounds throughout the University campus, unless subject to lease or occupation agreements. ie Macquarie University Sport and Recreation, student housing or CSIRO.
All requests for service to building maintenance, repair or modification should be submitted by the nominated Division/Office Co-ordinator to this office for assessment. The Campus Services Group will determine in each case, which work is chargeable to the Division/Office, and allocate the work to a project officer.
At the end of each month, a charge report detailing the completed job and associated charges is forwarded to each Division/Office prior to the relevant account being debited.
